I ordered a magazine from Cesar’s Way website on 01/28/2010 and payment was immediately charged to my credit card 01/29/2010. Ship time was to be two weeks. I called after 16 days to find the status. I was told ship time had been changed to 4 weeks. After 4 weeks and no order, I called and was told the order went through a third party and was just placed 02/23/2010. This was intended as a gift and the date is past. I have disputed the charge with my bank and requested a full refund.
