CF Auto Recovery

Extremely poor snow plowing services for a residential consumer in need of snow plowing. The contractor needed to be called, as he seemed to not notice that we had a specified amount of snowfall to come plow the 2″ of snow, as agreed. The contractor never came early in the morning, as he indicated that he could. After a blizzard, the contractor stated that his trucks were snowed in and that he would come to plow as soon as his equipment was no longer buried in snow. After 48 hours of no sign of the contractor, a second phone call was placed and the contractor finally showed up 54 hours after the blizzard. At that point, I had already cleared the snow myself. Waiting for him would have caused me to miss two days of work after the blizzard (I was already off the day of the blizzard). After the blizzard, he never bothered to come plow snow totals of any amount, even after being called. Save your money and don’t hire CF Auto Recovery for snow plowing. This contractor did not clearly write his last name (although it looked like Fic or Fink ??) and had a vague, unprofessional contract (my mistake). He also did not have a web-site or an advertisement in the phone book. He advertised in a local newspaper. It is possible that he could easily change the name of his business. He claimed to be a “repo man” who also has a towing business.
