Chablis Villas Apartments Reyn Ohio – I have lived here for 2 years. I recently told manager that I was not going to renew my lease. I told the apartment would be empty in September. As I was moving stuff out one of my neighbors informed that the manager and family members had entered my apartment without notice and permission. She had violated renter and manager agreement. Do not trust this woman. The dealers, pimps and gangs do not make great neighbors. I too have black mold growing my shower. The first apartment they moved me into had black mold in the bedroom and they said it should not be a problem. I insisted on a new apartment which they gave me. The problem with the new one was someone had a cool-aid fight all over the whole apartment. The tile was coming off the floor and out dated kitchen. Also there are breed restrictions that are not enforce and pit bulls are allowed on the grounds without leash. Can’t wait to leave.
