Most terrible customer service that you can ever imagine – I bought an extravagant Sunday spa from champagne spa’s corner around 1/2 years ago. As I was leaving the fair, one of its competitors told me that I would be crying after this purchase of mine, since champagne spa does not support it’s clients at all. I believed this was only the competitor’s strategy to demotivate other’s clients, however, I figured out how to my disappointment, that the competitor was correct!
Now I believed that why the competitor told me that I would be crying after taking this. I went to the spa and there is no jacuzzi bath at all. In hot tub water can be either burning or freeing, noting in between. What you expect more for a spa. This is the most terrible experience that I had in my life. They spoiled my Sunday that I had thought to spend extravagantly. They made my day terrible.
And when I complained about it, the staff members tried to convince me that this is the way a spa should be. What they want to say that I have never enjoyed a spa in my entire life. Then I complained in their office and they said that it is not possible to have this kind of experience as they have some superior quality to be delivered to the clients. I am not sure where I have gone wrong. But trust me I never had this kind of terrible experience anywhere else.
