champion would not refund my 1500.00 down payment after they fail to get me financed. i have been getting the run -a – round for about 3 weeks. no one contacted me when they were suppose to. after speaking with a finance company, i found that the proper documents that were required were not submitted in a timely matter. so therefore my financing was rejected. they are very,very un professional. they have no clue what customer service is. they didn”t even apolgize to me for my inconvience.now tey have 1500.00 and a new car which they will sell and make another profit. these people needs to been exposed!!
