One of the worst experiences that a home owner could ever have. This guy touts that he does all the same things as a normal realtor but for a fraction of the cost. That is a lie! We never have had a realtor sign us up and then refuse to call us back. Bill Gaffney wouldn’t even call other realtors back when they wanted information about our house. Aweful Communication. I can’t believe this guy has a license to sell houses. Also, he completley lied to us about the value of our home. He told us one price and said it would sell no problem. He said he sold lots of homes in our area. We were on the market a few weeks and the one time he had someone call us it was to tell us he was wrong on the price and we needed to reduce our price! This guy is a bad person to deal with. In addition he promised us this fantastic marketing program. We wrote everything down he said he was going to do. We were probable one of the few people who actually double checked. It was all a lie none of it was done. He didn’t market our house at all! The funny thing is we listed our home with the competitor we interviewed the same time as this jokster and they sold it in a week. Goes to show you this guys skill level.
