WE ARE CONTACTED THIS COMPANY IN DIFERENT OPORTUNITIES, SINCE OUR PREVIOUS MESSAGES TO OUR REP IN THEIR COMPANY MRS SUNNY / JULIE SU NOW NO LONGER IS WORKING WITH THAT COMPANY AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS NOT RESPONDED OR PRESENTED US WITH A SOLUTION TO THE LAST TWO CENTRIFUGES THAT WE PURCHASED FROM XINAO OR LABFUGE COMPANY FROM CHINA. WE ARE DEMANDING THE COMPANY TO PROVIDE US WITH A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT OF THE TWO LAST CENTRIFUGES FOR THE LAS PAS YEAR THAT THEY SOLD US THAT NEVER WORKED AND PRESENTED PROBLEMS AND HAVE DAMAGE OUR REPUTATION WITH OUR CLIENTS HERE IN USA. WE DEMAND FOR EVERYONE ATTENTION WHEN PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY AND CHINA . WE HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND REQUESTED A SOLUTION TO REPAIR THEM OR SEND NEW ONES BUT NOTHING, WE WOULD LIKE AT LEAST A REPLACEMENT OR PROVIDE US WITH A REFUND OF OUR MONEY. .
