My girlfriend purchased a 2003 PT cruiser(inwhich I co signed) six months ago. Within the first week the engine light was coming on. We returned the car and it was supposedly fixed, they would tell us what was wrong with it. A month later the same engine light came on, and we took it back to them. Now three weeks ago, the engine blew out and we have been having to rent cars to travel. The dealership has had the car since the engine blew. Now comes word today(after chasing for answers about its status..after being told that it would be replaced by our salesperson(Connie). We are told by Connie, that her boss said he is gonna sell the car as is(blown engine)and whatever he makes off the car, he will subtract that from the balance and we will owe him for whatever this does not cover. So six months with a car that you sold us, blows an engine and you expect us to pay for a car we can’t use. And you refuse to give us another car. Somebody out there please help us.. we are being treated unfairly. Charlie Falk is thee absolute worst customer service dealership I have ever delt with in my life. This gotta be corrected for the hard working people in the world…simply just crooks.
