I took my car to Charlie’s to have new tire put on it. Two weeks after that I went to change the brakes on my car and discovered that BOTH of my front wheels had a bolt broke off and a lug nut missing from BOTH. I called Charlie’s and he (The Owner) refused to admit that his company was responsible. I am absolutely positive they damaged my wheels. About a month prior to having new tires put on, I had both front CV Axles replaced by a family friend. He says the wheels were fully intact when he worked on it. I had been taking my car to Charlie’s to have nails taken out of the tires and patched, for over 2 years. I will NEVER, EVER do business with these imbeciles again. Sherra Cleveland, TN
