We send $14,990 (50%)to Chasony’s trailer the 23 of decembre 2018 for a concession trailer. We have been told over the phone and confirm by e-mail that it would take 2-3 weeks because we had choosen one they had on hands. After they got the money, they stopped answer or reply phone or e-mails. After a complain at BBB, 5 police interventions, an entire month stock in a hotel because Tony Pearson had told us the trailer would be ready by then, we finally could have it 110 days after! Very far from the 14 to 21 days promised! The only reason given to BBB about our complain: rain! He retained our cashier check for 8 days but, himself didn’t pay it until the day we finally could get out of there. As a result, we didn’t have the title at the border and they kept it for another 2 weeks waiting for the legal paper. Worst, we don’t have what we paid for and described in our contract. Expensive pieces of equipment has been replaced by cheap and useless one. Our trailer isn’t up to code and we have to redo many important things because like this it is not safe like cut-off valve and electricity. This just happened to us, we intend to go further with it because we lost so much. If you don’t believe us, at least, call BBB about this company, require a delivery a fixed delivery date, make sure everything is in written on your contract, and be ready for a ride. We are real people and be aware of false testimony mandated by this dishonest Tony Pearson.
