Worked my butt off for this company for 2 days, only to have my Account Suspended for emailing [email& 160;protected] with some constructive feedback on their website, so they could improve upon some inconsistencies. About an hour after I emailed her my thoughts and suggestions, they suspended my account while I was in the middle of working and Katie sent me this email: | “Hi Jesse, | You are free to have your opinion but we only want people working with us who have a positive approach to the work. | We have operated successfully across three continents for over 10 years and have employed thousands of independent contractors during that time. | Because of the volume of messages we process there are bound to be minor conflicts in detail. These are easily corrected and in all cases, the first relevant note applies. | If female customers want to sign up or male customers want to portray themselves as female they can. | For your information, all of our profiles are written by Americans and all of our independent contractors are from the US and have passed the same test that you took. | You will be paid for the messages you have sent and we wish you well in the future. | Regards, | Katie” | So beware folks, if you say a single thing they don’t like, this chick “Katie” (who no doubt, seems to be running this chat service from her in-laws basement), will suspend your account and send you on your way. Nice corporate policy, huh? Keep your mouth shut and work …. or else. I’ll be reporting her company to the BBB as well.
