Today was my first visit to the office. The office was filthy. I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes to be seen. I have colitis and I am 22 weeks pregnant. After being finally seen, I told Dr. Chavakula how long I had to wait and he refused to see me. He had an office staff put me out of the office. How unprofessional. I told them that I would report their office to my insurance company and I did immediately when I left the office. I have many doctors and I have never encountered a doctor on the first visit that was so rude and unprofessional. You never have a patient waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes for an appointment.
