The hospital closed earlier this year and I requested my medical records to be sent to another doctors office, a month after I do my online request I get a letter in the mail stating that I need to send in $150 for them to send my records to another office and it was hand written (the amount) on the letter and was not typed. The letter I got was very sloppy handwritten with my name and address on front. The local newspaper has done an article on this, this is a scam from a third party company in Florida. Do not send them any money at all
