I called over a week ago to order a hat. I made follow up calls because said hat never arrived. My call was finally returned by a rude woman (not the guy I ordered from) who told me the guy LOST my order. The problem is my order included my personal information as well as my credit card number. I am concerned that their unprofessional behavior will now really COST me! No chicken hat for me!!!
