I worked there 3 and a half months. The owner is rude to the drivers, and you pay to work there. It beeaks you pay even if not your fault. I took 3 trucks to same shop for the same issue. You mail your trips in with envelopes and stamps you pay for. No real driver area, lounge, or showers. Mike Chizek cares more for his custom pull tractor than his drivers. I gave 2 weeks notice and worked it. They put Quit under dispatch on my DAC. Safety director is great as is the receuiter. My load planner aas awesome but the no benefits, non payment of layover or anything else mixed with owners bad attitude. GO ELSEWHERE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.
