This is Kevin from choice. I am now listening and learning on ways to improve the customer experience. One thing I do now…is to make sure that there are parts available for the piece of equipment that is in question. If there are no parts…..I give the customer the option to have me come out If parts are available, I handle all the parts ordering myself, which is now done immediately after the original appointment. The whole issue was me trying to everything on my own. Things went through the cracks and I needed to implement a better strategy. I now have a proper physical location and the help and resources I need.
