Why does Facebook allow companies like this to advertise? I ordered a pair of boots on 12/14/18 and never received anything. I’ve e-mailed back and forth with their customer service but it is obvious they have no intention of sending anything. It is always . . . "we are waiting for an update from our warehouse". I wish there were some type of recourse we have for companies like this.
