On 5/7/2013, I wrote Chris Terrill about bad experiences with HomeAdvisor’s recommended prescreened, trusted contractors as well as getting HomeAdvisor to stand behind its service guarantee. I have spoken with HomeAdvisor supervisors Molly Russell and Ryan Cadwallader. Both admit that I received bad service or no service from its contractors. Both admit that I qualify to receive $230 refund under its service guarantee. Both admit that I provided HomeAdvisor with verification of payment to its bad contractors. HomeAdvisor admits that I signed its release form. And, although HomeAdvisor has promised to refund to me $230; it has failed to do so after almost three months.
