This is a horriable neighbor , Christine Quincy and Tisno Quincy , Starts all out when there was some little boys that were trying to break into a shed , that belonged to the landlord , We had called the police to stop them but also protect them from getting hurt in the process. Well all that went well , but the very next day Christine Quincy started to play her music so excessive loud that it went over my tv and walls would shake , i went over to ask her in a nice way to turn it down. She said and i quote I have the right to injoy my house. From that moment on i have been in touch with the landlord asking them to please get her to stop herassing with the loud music , sanding, sawing and hammering . They have tryed and appricate there effort but seems as if this woman refuses to stop her herassment . Law will not help with this even tho you think they could but cant because its just not in the law to stop horriable people like this from herassment this way . Another bad part her husband Tisno is iin the army , coming from a family of miltary i was very suprised of his actions and expected out someone in the miltary , He too started on the herassment by turning his truck speakers up so loud it distorted them and shook all walls and windows . Is this has the miltary is train to act like ? I have even tryed to make peace and talk to them but all i got was i dont think so . These are people taking advantage of the system to bother others , this is not a case of oh well they didnt mean too , When others are home they do not blast music or any of the other things that go on . ONLY when everyone else is gone do they do this , it is blantent herassment . So far this has gone on for over three months now , even with family lost and pet lost , still have to deal with these in human monsters. I would not wish these two on anyone . Both have to respect for anyone but thereselfs and no consideration .
