I would like to let potential business know of Christopher J Feltrinelli. He is trying to ruin my business. I am a reputable seller on Amazon (as well as Ebay) that has successfully completed over 59,000 online transactions in the past 5 years of business. My Amazon account has a perfect 100% positive feedback rating (this users feedback was removed by Amazon), and my Ebay account has a 99.8% positive feedback rating. I run a very well respected business and try very hard to please my customers by selling a quality product, offering fast shipping, and outstanding customer service. This particular buyer claimed to have received a defective pair of headlights. He became beligerant, degraded me personally (as well as my company), made threats against me personally, and tried to bully me into getting what he wanted. I issued a return for the headlights, paid for the return, and will refund this buyer 100% of the the money that he paid (including shipping) once the lights are returned in satisfactory condition. I have done everything consitant with a return of a “defective” product. I stand by my business.
