I ordered and paid full price for a engraved POW/MIA harley davidson football type air ceaner. Among other things engraved on it were the words “you are never forgotten” Well,they mis-spelled the word forgotten and engreaved the word “FOPGOTTEN”. They can’t even spell, let alone get you your stuff in a timely manner. Excuses like , Soon, Its on its way, expecting it back today, engraver sick, vacation, every excuse she (Joyce) could think of. This place is truly a ripoff.
