Chucks Transmission

My wife took my oldest son back home to Michigan and had transmission trouble. She took it to Chucks Transmission in Macomb Twp. Mi. 15934 23mile rd. (810) 247-5200. They told her it would be a day and a half, it took 5 days. She left to go visit her grandma and it messed up again, she took it back to them. That took a day and a half. She left Mich. to come home to Nev. and it messed up again. We took it to our local GM dealer here in Elko. They took it apart and the mecanic here said he had never seen such shaby work, they cut wires to change a part and twisted wires together insted of useing GM wire clips, they put the check balls in wrong. The mecanic here said he could almost garrentee the wires twisted together probable messed up the com. brain. We have fought with Chucks for two weeks now, because they want the GM dealer here to bill us and then us bill them. Chucks service manager told the manager here when they took the tran. apart they could not see any thing wrong but they over haulded it anyway. I cant help but think when they seen Nev. plates and a woman they forgot about quality and just wanted $1784.64. That is a lot of money for shaby workmanship. [email protected]
