I have lost thousands of dollars because of their incompetence. I don’t like griping about companies onilne at all, but my experience with these guys has been just horrible.
I wanted some high quality B2B leads, which CIENCE Technologies is supposedly great at. I also paid top dollar to get these leads however, majority of the leads were no where as good as they were supposed to be. Meanwhile CIENCE Tech’s bill were expensive as heck. I rely a lot on reviews and CIENCE Technologies had some good reviews online on Google, if I had known about their exorbitant prices and terrible customer service, then I wouldn’t have wasted my time with them. I don’t own the company I work at and my boss is on the verge for firing me because I hired such a useless company for our lead generation.
I strongly recommend that you avoid CIENCE Technologies for B2B leads. I don’t know what their other services are but from experience I can guarantee that you will regret spending $50k on this firm. We are now working with a different firm and we are quite satisfied with the results. I’m not going to drop any names because otherwise half of the guys are going to think this is some kind of an affiliate review.
I would go more in the details about how exactly CIENCE Technologies pulled off losing us money, but I don’t know how much I’m allowed to say, because as I said earlier, I don’t own the company I work at and I don’t want to lose my job over this review as well. As a professional who has worked with half a dozen B2B Lead Generation firms, some of them being NY’s top ones, I think CIENCE Technologies is only good for average results at best (if you are lucky). In our industry, the competition is cut throat and that’s why we wanted the best we can, and CIENCE was just a disappoint for us. When you are paying thousands of dollars for a handful of leads, you expect them to be of high caliber. I am not going to ask for a refund or anything like that, I just want people to know the freaking truth about these charlatans, if you disagree with me, I really don’t care. If I had seen a review which told me how terrible of a customer service this firm has, then I wouldn’t have had the horrible experience with them.
