Cinderblock is a band merchandise website, i had got on their website and ordered a t-shirt, and a poster, Cinderblock had added another shirt to my cart when i was checking out and i was unaware that they had did so until i had already put in and paid for my order. i waited for my package to arrive, and it did, they had sent me two of the same shirt and my poster, i immediately got Cinderblock’s number off their website and gave them a call, a lady answered, i had explained to her the situation and ask what i can do, i was then told that if i sent the extra shirt back, that they would refund my money, i then asked them if instead of a refund if they could send me a different shirt that was the exact same price, she said yes as long as i mailed the shirt back and wrote on the invoice what i wanted to relace that shirt. so that very same day i went to the post office and paid the shipping and had the shirt sent back to them, i had called cinderblock back 3 days later and they said my shirt made it there safely. ….. i then asked the lady on the phone how long it would be before i got my replacement shirt, she said soon, that there was one other package before mine so it would take a week or two for them to send it off. so i waited, it has been over a month since i spoke to cinderblock on the phone, for the passed week, i have called several times, and left several emails, and i get no answer! i think maybe since the lady on the phone is now familiar with my email address and my phone number, now i am being avoided! i think i am being avoided so that they not only dont have to tell me when i will be recieving my replacement, but so they can keep the money AND the merchandise. i am furious about what happened, i want answers, i either want my money refunded NOW!
