I got a lump sum from the Veterans Admin. for over $12,000 around the 21st of Dec. 2016, I paid a couple of past due bills & within thhree to four weeks the funds were exhausted, I contacted the institution about the remaining funds which should have been around $6,000 & told them I couldn’t monitor my funds on line because of the changes they made to the website, they in return offered to send me some statements of charges which didn’t make any sense to me, as of today Nov. 16 2019 I still have not gotten an explanation about the rest of my fundings
