Citywide Sewer & Drain

I just had the worst expierence with this company. On 07/03/18 I met with Tyrone Hardy at a commercial building that I own. I met with him to get | price on cleaning out the storm drain in the parking lot. Mr Hardy explained to me that they would need to first pump | the water out of the drain and then they could clean the drain. We scheduled the appointment to have all this taken care of toady 07/05/18 at 1:00 PM. | I arrived at the commercial building at 12:50 pm and the truck from Citywide arrived shortly after that. When I spoe to the driver he asked to see the | drain that was going to clean. When he looked at the drain he informed me that the water would need to be pumped out before he could | clean the drain. I advised him that Mr Hardy had informed me of this and that I was ok with him doing this. He then informed me that his truck could | only clean the drain and it could not pump out the water. He then called the office and advised me that they were sending | a truck that could pump out the water and they were on the way. | I waited for an hour and this truck did not arrive. I called Mr Hardy and I asked him if he knew what was going on and that I was frustrated that I now | had been waiting for an hour to get this resolved. He then said let me make some calls and see whats going on. 15 minutes later I called him back and | he said that the guy was on his way and should be there in 30 minutes. | At this time I told him that I wanted to cancel my appointment asI was frustrated that I had now been waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes and | this was unaccpetable. I found Mr Hardy and Citywide Sewers and Drain to be a very unprofessional company that doesn’t seem to care about wasting | their paying customer time.
