C&L Towing

This was my first time having my car towed so I called the police who sent C&L to pull my car out of ditch. I specifically told driver that I only needed car pulled out he refused to listen to me and proceeded to put my car on truck. He then said I wouldn’t be charged for having car on truck (flatbed services).After arriving to their location which was less than a mile away. The bill reflected that I was indeed charged for flatbed svcs. When told him I wasn’t suppose to be charged for that svc only the pulling out of my car (winching) I was ignored and spent almost $300 that day. In addition to that the driver Michael Stupiello was rude the whole way to their station complaining that he had to pull my car out in the first place. Isn’t that your job? The employees at the New Rd address were just as rude as the driver. I beg of you if you ever come across this company do not give them your business. We have enough scum in this world we don’t need them making a profit, especially during these tough economic times. Ripped off customer Parsippany, New JerseyU.S.A.
