This is a third party claims company for movers. They make it extremely hard to file a claim, probably in the hopes you give up and they don’t have to pay. I was refused help filing a claim after it had been rejected, was told it was self-explanatory when it was clearly not. The reasons for the rejection were cited at two line items I’d already filled out, apparently there was a second section. I’m still waiting for the claim to come back because even though it was rejected, they hadn’t pushed it back so I could make revisions. On top of which I was told this company would contact me to file the claim and they never did, seems like the process is cumbersome to make it easy to exceed the 90-day timeframe. When I called asking for help, I was repeatedly interrupted, though my tone was initially very cordial and friendly (can’t honestly say I was feeling happy by the end of the call) the customer service representative Tiffany was extremely combative and attitudinal. Kept interrupting me, had several extended periods of silence when I tried to ask questions. Refused to walk me through the process saying it was self-explanatory. Clearly it was not. Haven’t gotten the claim rejection back yet, but I don’t anticipate this will go well. I will say the first girl I spoke to prior to filing a claim was polite enough. But today was quite a different experience. .
