OWNER OF THIS BODYSHOP SOLD MY LEXUS GS300 WITHOUT CONTACTING ME OR FILING ANY LEGAL DOCUMENTS. ALSO MY VECHICLE WAS NEVER COMPLETE AND HE ALSO DID DAMAGE TO MY CAR BY LETTING A FIXTURE FROM HIS CEILING FALL ONTO MY CAR AND BUSRTING MY BACK GLASS.I CALLED HIM ON 10/6/04 TO TELL HIM THAT I WOULD BE READY TO PICK MY CAR UP ON 10/10/04 HE SAID THAT HE HAD SOLD IT BECAUSE HE NEEDED TO GET MONEY OUT OF IT. I TOOK PITCURES OF MY CAR ON 9/18/04 BECAUSE HE KEPT TELLING ME WAS GOING TO HAVE IT READY BUT HE NEVER DID. WHEN I ASKED FOR LEGAL DOCUMENTS FOR FILING A MECHANIC LEIN ON MY CAR HE REFUSED. ALSO THE POLICE WILL NOT HELP BECAUSE THEY SAY THAT THIS IS A CIVIL MATTER BUT THIS GUY JUST UP AND SOLD MY CAR RIGHT UNDER MY NOSE. I FEEL STUPID BUT I KNOW I MUST CONDUCT MYSELF IN A CIVIL MANNER.
