Saw an ad on a web sit for a 64 Galaxie bumper sent an email, he responded with his phone so I could call him. Called and got his address so I could mail him a money order for $245 mailed money order out Feb. 24, 2005 with delivery confirmation. He received it on Fe. 26, 2005. Waited about 2 weeks and emailed him about where bumper was, emailed back and bumper was not any good and would try to get one. Waited another 2 weeks emailed him again, waited for several days no response. about 2 weeks later he emailed and said he would send refund. Waited about 2 weeks no refund sent email and waited no response. I have emailed and tried calling him on the phone and leaving messages ever since and get no response. I have tried calling him from 7am to 11pm and he wont answer his phone. I have tried blocking my number and he will not accept calls from phones that are blocked numbers Dan Pendleton, IndianaU.S.A.
