I brought car to get washed in perfect condition and it came back out with the passenger mirror completely off and dangling, hanging by the cord. I was accused of bringing the car in that way and loose yet the surveillance camera shows it was intact. The police officer also saw the damage and could obviously tell there was no way it could have been mounted on until it went thru the wash. They refused to accept any responsibility.
