I also ordered the Gunsmoke series. When I got it there were 9-10 dvd’s that had menu problems. They offered me $20.00 dollars back to me or a full refund of $124.00 an I didn’t have to return the series set. That email was sent to me in June of 2015 as of today I have received a refund nor an email or phone call. I will insert the email they sent me in June 2015. If you are smart you will NOT do business with these folks there just down right crooks in my view. Gary Hi again, we’ve determined that some of the discs prior to disc 20 have a faulty menu, and this is even the case for the master files. After disc 20, the menu changes, and there is no further issue. We’ve stopped selling Gunsmoke, and I don’t know if we will offer it again in the future. We can refund you $20 for the discs that are faulty, or if you’d like you can return the entire set and we will refund it. Please let us know how you would like to proceed. Thank you. This item does not need to be returned because we are not going to re-sell it. We’re sending out a check for the refund because the order is too old to send a refund back through the system. Thank you.
