This is a copy of the email I sent to CPP, they did not reply. ” I have been having problems with your products every since ordering from you back in August 2012 and the Customer Service is the worst I have encountered in 30 years! I can’t seem to get through to anyone down there when I have an issue with your parts. Whenever I call, you are too busy with other irate customers as the lines are always full and asked to leave my number, and when I do I never get a call back. My Customer number is 285342, just so you can see what parts I’m referring to. When I received your spindles and purchased your upper & lower Control Arms, they had the wrong Ball Joints and I needed to replace those (at my cost). Then I had to get tie rod ends and sleeves to fit your Spindles, this just added to the problems, now the inner tie rod ends are too small to fit the tapered hole on the center drag link. WTF. I should have kept my old tie rod ends and reamed out your spindle to fit my old tie rod ends. I think those were 3/4 ton, but no body knows what anything is unless they attach a year to that. I called Saturday and talked to whoever, and was told I’d get a call Monday since no body was working on Saturday. I was going to order a newer year tie rod ends to see If those would be a larger unit. But your man didn’t know! Other problems I have had are the rear sway bar kit was incomplete and took 3 orders before I finally got the right missing parts. The left lower control arm shock mount was not welded on right and the shock would not line up with the upper mount, I had to bend the bracket to make it fit (there went the powder coat) and the bolt is still not in the hole straight. Had an alignment problem with your motor mounts and had to re-drill holes to make it fit. I purchase my parts inspect them for damage and store them on the shelf till needed (there goes your return policy). My only thought here, is to go somewhere else, it’s plain to see that I’m not getting any info from your knowledgeable employee’s. I’m building this truck for an NFL player (Chicago Bears) and have to have excellent parts and Service. Both of which I’ve had issues with. I’m looking elsewhere for quality and above all knowledgeable service department.” I signed off on this with my name and Business name although I am retired now. And added, you need not call me, as I know they are too busy to woory about one individual. I have spent about $5000 with this company, and have recieved the $2 service.
