After coming back home after a long day at work, I saw that my kitchen sink was clogged and the tap too was not working properly as the water kept on dripping from it and matter how much I tried to close the tap off. The worst part was that a foul smell was coming out of the sink. I called my plumber who had set up the whole plumbing system at my house but unfortunately, he was not available. I did not know who else to call since I did not know any other plumber who could come and fix up the mess. I called up my friend who suggested the name of Clear All Rooter Corporation. I checked up their official website and saw that they offered a variety of plumbing-related services. As soon as I read that they offered doorstep services 24/7, I dialled the number given and called up without even thinking for a second. I got an appointment scheduled an was told that the plumber would be at my place within an hour.
The plumber arrived after three hours. It took almost half an hour to find my house even though I had given my full address along with the name of the nearest landmark. After arriving, he sat down and asked for a glass of water. After drinking the water, his phone rang and he picked it up and started talking. His ‘important’ conversation ended after almost forty minutes. I requested him to fix my kitchen sink and my tap as it was getting late. He took out some kind of powder and poured it into the sink. He then asked me for a bucket of hot water. After I gave it to him, he poured it into the sink and told me that there would not be any more clogging. He then took out a wrench and opened the tap and did some tightening (or at least that is what it seemed to me). After this, I was told that it had all been fixed. After charging me for his service, he went away. To be honest, I was impressed by the quick service. I was too tired and thus I went to sleep. The next morning when I woke up, I saw that the water had again started accumulating and the tap too started making the same problem. I called the plumber and asked him to come back and fix the problem but I was shocked when he told me that he will not come. He told me that I must have “screwed up”. I was infuriated by the response and therefore I decided to call the customer service. When I told the customer service executive about this, I was told that nothing could be done since I was the one who should have told the plumber that he had not solved the issue at that moment he was still at my house. No matter how much I tried explaining, he was not willing to even listen.
That was the first and last time that I called a plumber from Clear All Rooter Corporation. I would never recommend anyone to call anyone up from that damned place.
