Arranged plumbing and heating work with this company – Clear Flow Plumbing, Clear Flow LLC. Agreed amount was $9000.00. He requested for 1/2 of the amount – at this time I was naive and gave him the check for $4500.00 which he cashed. He brought in some pipes and minor parts and asked for the other $4500.00 to complete work. Yes of course I was stupid at that time and gave him the rest of the money. He just disappeared and cannot be found. I engaged a lawyer who sent him a legal letter at the addres – (((Redacted))) Jersey City, NJ (((Redacted))). This address does not exist as a business address, it is someone’s home address. Left messages on his phones – 201-669-0051 & 201-955-0011, 973-297-1211. No replies and gone. I had no way to bring him to court since I have no legal business address, just phone numbers.
