ClearShift Cars is an unprofessional company and have no qualified team working there. I didn’t think it necessary to go there for my car services but felt safe when I read about the company’s online information.
Everything sounded good so I had my car serviced there. I didn’t know of the lengthy process of paperwork and of the rude and unfriendly staff I had to put up with at the company. It was my first time to have a car serviced at ClearShift Cars and it didn’t feel good from the moment I walked into the office, to begin with, the paperwork. I felt tired and hot from the weather and thought inside the building would feel better than that. Unfortunately, I felt worse inside filling in forms and waiting on each for stamps.
The whole day was spent on paperwork and wasted on rude and disrespectful people working at ClearShift Cars.
An unpleasant day at ClearShift Cars and couldn’t wait on paperwork all day. I had the car serviced but it didn’t come back to me in the condition I gave it in. It didn’t make sense to me when I got my car back from the service at ClearShift Cars. I noticed a change in the engine sound and tires didn’t look good and new as I last saw it.
This means I must go there to sort the problems I didn’t have before the servicing of the car. I didn’t want to go back through the long process of paperwork and to see the rude, and unpleasant staff at the office.
My day with the company didn’t feel pleasant nor happy and nobody knew what the problem was with my car. They serviced it and had no idea of what went wrong during the services of my car.
I wasn’t pleased with any of the results of the company workmanship, and of the ill-mannered staff, I had to put up with during the complaint and delayed paperwork.
The working team serviced my car and didn’t close the oil sump, and this allowed for oil leaks that spilled over the engine. I didn’t feel satisfied nor pleased with the poor quality of work from the team. A disgrace to all companies to have no qualified working team to offer the best services to a customer.
I felt disappointed to have supported what supposed to be a professional and hardworking team at ClearShift Cars. I don’t recommend this company for no good customer’s service, no proper tools used in-car services, negligent team workers, and for no priority in customer’s service.
I trusted the teamwork of this company and didn’t receive what I paid for to satisfy my needs. It isn’t fair to customers to go through negative experiences from a car service and of no quality to customers. It isn’t worthy of my time to recommend a company that hasn’t given me excellent customer’s service. They have caused me frustration for not having professionally serviced my car.
