We found this contractor about two years ago on Angies List and hired them for our home remodel. All started out well, their work was really good. At some point, it appeared they were struggling with some detail unfamiliar to them and subsequentially, delays started, At first, we fully understood and worked with them as our frustrations were placated due to the nice work and attention to detail. However, we noted over time that the owner spent very little time onsite. We’d see and converse with his crews daily but he was just never around. Eventually, we had t find another company to finish the job after fully paying in full. It really irked us when after paying final project draw, we had a item correction list and he was unresponsive to emails and phone calls thereafter. His crews were excellent and polite but in the end he was, in our opinion, disrespectful and irresponsible. We hired another company to finish small list of details. For this reason, we will not hire him again nor reccommend. We paid him top dollar and felt his crews delivered that but in the, he dropped the ball.
