As of June 27, 2015 Coco Key water resort 11320 Chester RoadCincinnati, OH 45246 has displayed a sign on its door stating that they are closed once again due to the park’s disinfection systems. This is the second time this has happened to me. I bought a Birthday package the first time the park closed and was not informed of the resorts closing nor was I compensated. I was told I had to use the party package at a later date. I call and made reservations for the party for Sunday June 28,2015 and the park closed again without informing me again. I found out they were closed when I decided to call and confirm my party reservations and was told they were closed until Wednesday. After getting the run around on the telephone I decided to go to Coco key to find what was going on. I talked to the party planner and was told the water resort is closed. I didn’t get a (we apologize) no compensation nothing, they didn’t even offer me a refund. So I told the party planner I wanted a refund and she tried to tell me she couldn’t. Now these people have no professionalism, They don’t honor their customers and they don’t have a real phone number. I’m not the only one to get scammed by this company I am sure. This is a scam, taking citizens money for parties and when it’s time to have the parties the park conveniently closes and they try to offer people a bootleg party that they put together in the hotel. I say stop taking money for parties etc until you get your water resort up and running permanently. I’m very disappointed. I think something needs to be done about this. .
