I have been a long time customer of this dealership and have directly or indirectly involved in 6 car leases over an 8 year period. Loved them right up until they blatantly MISLED , and Bait and Switched me on the very LAST vehicle I secured from them. | I was sold on a Factory Rebate check that was misrepresented and fraudulently presented. ASTONISHINGLY the document that I SIGNED that clearly stated the parameters surrounding the rebate check DISAPPEARED and nobody knew what I was talking about. I called everyone from the owner ED APPLEBY who blatantly ignored my pleas apparently to busy counting his money.. | The GM STAN ANDERS who like the stereotypical USED CAR SALESMAN threatened to call the police on me…after becoming agitated when asked for accountability..I asked why he was yelling and he said ” because he felt threatened by me”…DOES NOT get any more cowardice then trying to play victim after being called out….but then again his demeanor dictates he is capable of any evasive behavior and justification.. | when I told Stan I would speak with the owner ED APPLEBY HE LAUGHED IN MY FACE AND SAID “GOOD LUCK WITH THAT” … To the General Sales Manager JOHN KENNEY who couldn’t come out of the sales office to here my requests. Typical evasive, take ur money and run tactics by a staff that looks like they live there lives on a steady diet of Redbull and fried foods. | The funny thing is they try to bully and intimidate when challenged as if they had the credentials or might to support it. So DONT BOTHER… take a ride south or north on Federal Highway to DeRay or Deerfield Beach Hyundai where goofy wanna be powerbroker behavior is not present. SHAME ON YOU ED APPLEBY…… | I’m calling you put and challenging you to call me and hear what I’m saying….. STOP HIDING LIKE A COWARD
