I have a car rental business so obviously I have to buy cars on a more frequent basis than a normal guy. My last car order was from Coggin BMW of Treasure Coast. I sent one of my guys to the showroom to discuss the car’s specifications. He came back and told me that the required model was there. Hence, our purchase was confirmed.

I went there with my team the next day to buy and after completing the formalities, it had been made sure that the car would be delivered within the next week. It was the same day as the order. But we were relaxed as the delivery time was much ahead of the car booking time. On that particular day, the car did not arrive at the appointed time. We waited for a couple of hours but there was no news about the car. The staff received the call and said that the car would be delivered by the end of the day due to some transportation problems. An hour before the booking, our customer called us. We did not know what to say because if we cancelled the booking at the last moment, it would ruin the reputation of our business that we worked so hard on. We would also get a bad review.

No matter how much we pleaded, the car could not be delivered on time. And thus we had to cancel the booking. It caused a lot of inconvenience to our customer and she left us with negative reviews on our website and on Yelp. We also did not purchase the car. Since this particular incident, there has not been a single booking for luxurious cars. Earlier, once in a while cars like these fetched us most of our expenses but after this day, the profits and bookings have drastically reduced. We had been facing a lot of fraud car dealers and scamers, due to which we had to cancel previous bookings as well. There are various negative reviews about our work due to such technical defects of suppliers. Our reputation and business were already at stake, now this cancellation already added to our distress.

I did not expect BMW dealers to provide late deliveries. Being such a high-end company, yet their services are not up to the mark. They are not able to satisfy the needs of their customers. It has happened previously also and even now, that they are not punctual in their delivery. There is no use of speaking to their manager or even by calling them and specifically asking them to deliver on time because they do not pay heed. I do not understand how some problem or the other arises. I would never advise any of the businessmen to sign contracts with them. The maintenance and repair section is equally disappointing. They take their own sweet time for the completion of work. They do not follow the deadlines given to them by the customer. I am unhappy and unsatisfied with their performance and would request everyone to be cautious.
