We purchased a recliner in June of 2015 and also purchased extened warranty on this recliner. About 2 months ago the arm of the recliner started feeling loose and has now pulled away due to staples coming out. | My husband contacted Colders about this and we were told to submit pictures which we did. We received a called today and they said they were not going to cover this. There customer servic guy named Cody hung up on him. | I called back and spoke to Abner who also said they were not covering this that it looked like it was a problem with the frame. Well I explained to this very young man that it is not the frame you can see where the staples have sperated. | I have never paid so much for a piece of furnicture ($500) to have it fall apart like this. I had spoke to supervisior who said she would at least have someone come out and look at it. | This company gives people false hope by selling them a 5 year worthless warranty. I will never purchase another product from them and will let everyone know what type of no service they have.
