We all want to get in perfect shape, fit as a fiddle, and show off those model looks. This is where the fitness centres kick in and Columbia Strength and conditioning is one such bait fishing for the aspirants.
My fitness journey got underway when one of my colleagues mentioned the Columbia Strength and Conditioning, the so-called fitness temple. I signed up for a whopping $200 fitness program. I got a personal trainer at Columbia Strength and Conditioning, just to guide me through the workout drills throughout the sessions. Jimmy apparently, had turned his hair grey, as a trainer. He had been Columbia fitness and Conditioning for a while and had an ocean of experience, but at the same time, he was over the top with his terms. He made a mountain out of a molehill at times, just over complicating things. He charged me a ridiculous amount, and never really lived up to the expectations. At Columbia Strength and Conditioning, he would disappear at times and wouldn’t show up for hours, and if you read in between the lines, he didn’t give a tinker’s damn about me. He never kept a record of all my workout drills and was no eager beaver in monitoring my progress at Columbia Strength and Conditioning. He would take calls during the training secession and was busy as a one-armed paper hanger with his phone, responding to nonemergency texts, and acting like I don’t exist. Like man, if you’re supposed to train me, train me! Don’t waste my money and time by spending it on texts and phone calls when you could be helping me with my training. What the hell!
I was at the end of my rope with Columbia Strength and Conditioning and the trainer’s nonprofessional attitude, it got under my skin. He was messing around, counting the reps and never really gave a rat’s ass about the technique. It seemed as if, he only wanted to get it over with. At Columbia Strength and Conditioning, the trainer was just beating around the bush, giving me cock and bull stories about hitting fitness goals in no time and never really educated me on the matter. He never really gave a tinker’s damn, recommended any books or gave me homework. At Columbia Strength and Conditioning, they didn’t have their ducks in a row, never really organized work out sessions, and everything was just big load of mess. They lacked discipline at Columbia Strength and Conditioning and they never really cracked the whip. They stick to cardio and knuckle down to it. The emphasis laid on the cardio, while the other workouts are just ignored. Many workouts have fallen through the cracks at Columbia Strength and Conditioning, as cardio remains in the limelight. There’s no real guideline for nutrition and sleeping cycles, most people are burning the candle at both ends, working out like a dog, yet eating like a horse. I would never recommend Columbia Strength and Conditioning in a million years.
