Someone hacked into my Direct Express from Comerica Bank. I lost 1300,00 but finally after a huge hassle, got it back. Because of this, I had to send them my Drivers License and Social Security numbers so they could identify me. Then after 3 days of waiting someone finally got back with me to reset my password. They gave me a temperary password and I made them stay online with me while I changed it. I was able to get online to see everything on Direct Express last night but today, they won’t let me on. So now I have to wait again for someone to call bacxk with another temperary password and go through the same stuff again. I think after this, I will have the IRS put my money in another account at a Credit Union close to home so I can just go there and have everything taken care of. Comerica Bank has gotten hacked 463 times (so far) just from contacting Consumer Affairs. This bank has no right to have anything to do with the IRS and they should know this. I just don’t trust the safety of my Widows Benefits anymore, not through Comerica Bank or Direct Express. .
