Prepaid a few years ago for pellets…. they NEVER have them. They always say, “not in, we’re out, don’t know when they’re coming.” That’s no way to do business. We paid for 3 tons (150 bags) over 2 years ago and have only received 30 of them. Promised a refund 2 weeks ago… biggest lie in the world.. “the check is in the mail.” No one EVER answers the phone, either. .
