Ordered a pair of sandals. 8 days later I contacted them as the delivery date and come and gone. They informed me that the product was backordered more than a month. I suspect they did not want to offer me the deal that they was available. I ordered from Amazon today and it’s already shipping. Terrible customer service if you can’t inform them immediately of a backorder situation and give them options — or better yet, don’t let them order something not in stock. It’s just software folks!
