Complete Sliding Glass Door and Windows

I was mistreated and riped off by this company and the owner Mandee Rega. They took my money to fix my window locks and never completed the job. The locks that were ordered for my windows were incorrect and did not allow the window to close and lock . I called to speak with Mandee and she told me that the locks were the right ones and that the humidity can cause locks to stick. I did not belive her answer and ended up getting a second opinion from another company and not to my surprise the locks installed where not the correct size. i demanded a refund from Mandee the owner and told her that I got a second opinion and she began to yell and threathen me over the phone . I was afraid for myself and my family especially since everyone that works in her office looks like they just got out of jail including her, and you can see below. I will take my losses but I will make sure that every consumer knows what kind of business they are running .
