I have been a faithful customer to Conexa internet for a year. All of a sudden, they shut my services off. I’m thinking it’s because I missed my payment. I call, then I’m sent straight to voicemail to leave a message, which I have now for 3 days straight. Still hadn’t heard back. Last night I created an account online and made a payment thinking that would have my services back on, nope, nothing still. I called the AT&T number on my screen like it said to do, and they can’t help me either. So I am short $80 and all I have is a blinking red broadband modem that doesn’t work. And nobody to help me. Nobody answers the phone there, returns emails or text messages. I am furious! What a rip off!
