customer support staff is the WORST one out there

I have been a customer of Consumer Optical for the last 4 years. They used to be one of the best ones eye specialists in the market, however, their recent changes has converted them into the worst ones in the market. I didn’t expect that I would see such a drastic change in a company which used to be so good, but recently the behaviour of the staff has been worse than ever before. Consumer Optical used to have a great customer support team, which was really helpful and they resolved almost all the issues in the most polite and fun way, but their new customer support staff is outright rude, I have never seen a person who talks so rudely in a customer support team. I got my glasses from Consumer Optical 5 years ago, whenever I faced any issue, I would just call them, and they will easily guide me out of the problem. Last week, I called them to book an appointment for my sister who wanted to get contact lenses for herself, and I decided to get contacts as well. However, no one picked up the phone. I tried calling them three times in an hour and each time the call went not responding. After a couple of hours, I got a call back from Consumer Optical and I told them that I want to book an appointment for me and my sister. The company rep was extremely rude and she bluntly said,” Sir, are you really that dumb? We can’t book one appointment for two different people!” I am not a fucking moron, I know that and I didn’t think that she wouldn’t have the common sense to know that I need two different appointments, but I did not say anything rude to her and just asked her to book the appointment, which she did. The next day we went to the clinic for our appointment and we had to sit for a whole hour because the doctors were late and when the time of our appointment came, the receptionist told us that it was now lunch time and we will have to wait for another hour for our appointment. WTF!!! We went to grab a coffee and returned in around 50 mins. When we were done with the doctor, we overheard the receptionist talking shit about us behind our backs. She was talking to someone on the phone and said,” Remember the idiot I told you about the last night? He is here with his ugly sister.” She was speaking very loudly, anyone could easily tell that she was trying to irritate us. I simply left the clinic and I will NEVER go back there. Consumer Optical’s staff does not know how to treat their patients and their customer support staff is the WORST one out there. They don’t give a single fuck about customer satisfaction and I hope that they fix this issue as soon as possible, but until they don’t, RUN AWAY from Consumer Optical, there are other clinics which are far more helpful than this one.
