Refunds are available, but their website doesn’t make this clear when cancelling! Under the FAQ section for Cancellation ( Subscribers), it states “For monthly subscriptions, no refunds are issued. For annual subscriptions, a pro-rated refund will be issued.” When trying to cancel my Annual online subscription, the options were to cancel completely or stop the auto-renewal. The problem is that when you try to cancel, it sounds like there will not be a refund issued. The website implies that you will still pay the annual subscription and will lose access for the year. Then, if you stop the auto-renewal, you are unable to then go back and cancel the subscription. I called the Online Subscription Department and they were argumentative with me, but I am supposed to see a full refund… We’ll see!
