I began calling Conundroom early toward the beginning of today to book for 2 individuals for Mona Lisa because on the site it says for 2-8 individuals. The site didn’t let me book for 2 individuals so I needed to call. First, I left a message and got a call back in about an hour later and the lady on the phone was confused and asked me to talk to the manager.
I at that point got irritated because of their bad customer service and even sent an email multiple times but never got a reply. I called again and at last, talked with the manager. The manager had zero client administration experience. She disclosed to me that the appointments need to happen 4 hours ahead of time. I told her that I had been trying to get in touch with them throughout the day and she was cold and not decent.
She revealed to me that I would need to pay for 3 regardless of whether I just had 2 individuals even though their site says the Mona Lisa room is for 2-8 individuals. She was discourteous and I am not certain as to how she was the manager because she didn’t have any skills for the job. We finally managed to book a spot and went ahead with our plan to go there.
Mona Lisa was dreadful! We had a gathering of four people, and the game was unquestionably upbeat-capable. It was testing, and simultaneously exhausting. The individual who gave us insights was extremely unhelpful, over-revealing to us what we had to do and spoiled our game.
The main thing I would state is that there were a few glitches during the game. While doing a riddle, we finished it, however, nothing occurred. At that point, we needed to push against the block to make something light. Additionally, at whatever point we input numbers in a safe it wasn\’t right, we would need to sit tight several minutes for it to reset to information numbers once more, so that would gobble up so much of our time. They need to fix the technical issues as soon as possible. Discovering this place is hard. It\’s on a road corner and is in a mutual structure with different organizations. Go up the stairs and a weird staff member is there to give you a cold welcome. Staff wasn\’t that well disposed of. Additionally, I was a little put-off and puzzled about why they had unbooked/available rooms, however, wouldn\’t give our group a chance to book any of them, saying that they can rent rooms only if they are given 4 hours notice before the visit. It appears as though they are attempting to save cash by abstaining from having more staff, and what another reservation system requires 4 hours notice to book accessible spots? No other place does that. I do not recommend this place at all. I am never returning here.
